Beautiful! A family of deer walked within 3 feet of my hammock. The beach is very pretty. Plenty of scenery, & has 2 play grounds. The prettiest state park that I've ever visited!

This was an awesome experience. We went to Oak Alley and actually found an old piece of a plate and some old pieces of bottles from the 19th and early 20th century. The beach is small and clean. The walking trail is peaceful. We met a ranger, Stephanie, who told us the history of the piece if plate and bottles we found.
